What Information We Collect
When you book a service, ask a question, or contact us, we collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, and home address
- Service preferences, scheduling requests, and visit notes
- Digital signatures (drawn or typed) confirming service completion
- Any additional details you voluntarily provide about care needs
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Schedule and deliver companion and errand services
- Send visit completion records and invoices to you or your designated family member
- Communicate about your service requests and appointments
- Maintain service records for our own internal bookkeeping
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services We Use
To operate our booking and communication system, your information passes through the following services, each of which maintains its own privacy and security practices:
- Formspree (formspree.io) — receives booking and inquiry form submissions
- EmailJS (emailjs.com) — delivers signed visit records to your family by email
- ImgBB (imgbb.com) — temporarily hosts digital signature images included in emails
- Gmail / Google — our business email provider
- Wave (waveapps.com) — invoicing and payment processing
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — securely stores client profiles and visit history so caregivers can review a client's care needs before a visit; also handles provider login verification
- Tawk.to (tawk.to) — powers the live chat widget on this site; chat messages you send are processed through their service
Data Security
Our website is served over HTTPS (encrypted in transit). We maintain a Written Information Security Program (WISP) in compliance with Massachusetts 201 CMR 17.00. Access to client profiles and visit history is limited to logged-in, verified caregivers only — provider login requires both a private PIN and a one-time code sent to that caregiver's own email (two-factor authentication). We do not store payment card numbers — all card payments are processed by Wave.
Data Retention
We retain service records (including signed visit logs and correspondence) for seven (7) years from the date of service, after which they are securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion of your records by contacting us directly.
Electronic Signatures
Digital signatures collected through this site (drawn or typed) are legally valid electronic signatures under the Massachusetts Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (MGL Chapter 110G) and the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN). By signing, you acknowledge consent to the use of electronic signatures for service records.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (subject to our legal record-keeping obligations)
- Opt out of any non-essential communications
Massachusetts Residents
We comply with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 93H (Data Breach Notification) and 201 CMR 17.00 (Personal Information Security). In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the Massachusetts Attorney General as required by law.
Children's Privacy

Terms of Service
Effective July 10, 2026 · Steadfast Senior Services LLC, Norwood, MA
Scope of Services
Steadfast Senior Services LLC ("Steadfast," "we," "us") provides non-medical companion care and errand assistance for seniors, including grocery shopping and delivery, medical appointment transportation, prescription pickups, companionship visits, errands and household tasks, and wellness check-in calls. Our services do not include medical care, nursing care, or the administration of or assistance with medication — prescription pickup means physical pickup and delivery only. If a client's needs change to require medical or clinical care, we will let you know so you can arrange appropriate licensed care.
Booking & Consultation
New clients begin with a free 30-minute consultation to discuss care needs before the first paid visit. We confirm booking requests within 24 hours. There are no minimum hours and no long-term contracts — you may book a single visit or an ongoing schedule, and either party may end the service relationship at any time.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a visit. Visits cancelled with less notice, or where the provider arrives and cannot be let in or the client is unavailable ("no-shows"), may be billed at 50% of the scheduled rate to cover the time reserved.
Payment Terms
Invoices are issued through Wave (waveapps.com) on a per-visit or weekly basis, as agreed with your provider at intake. Steadfast does not directly store or process card numbers — all card payments are handled by Wave. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless another arrangement has been made in writing.
Independent Contractor Providers
Visits may be delivered by Steadfast's owner or by independent contractor providers working with Steadfast. Every provider is CORI background-checked before working with clients, and families receive a visit-completion record after every appointment regardless of which provider delivered it.
Client Responsibilities
To help us provide safe, reliable service, clients (or their authorized representative) agree to provide accurate health, mobility, and safety information at intake and update it as needs change; disclose pets or other household conditions relevant to a visit; and provide a reasonably safe environment for the provider to work in.
Electronic Signatures
Digital signatures collected through this site or at intake (drawn or typed) are legally valid electronic signatures under the Massachusetts Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (MGL Chapter 110G) and the federal ESIGN Act, as described further in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Steadfast maintains general liability and professional liability (errors & omissions) insurance. Except where prohibited by law, Steadfast's liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific visit(s) giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under Massachusetts law.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We encourage resolving any concern directly with us first — most issues can be resolved with a phone call. Nothing here limits any right you have under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 93A (Consumer Protection).
